1) Shall the Commission recommend that the size of the Pennsylvania General Assembly legislature be reduced?

2a) In lieu of reduction of the size of the legislature, shall the Commission recommend that the Pennsylvania General Assembly seek to lessen the growth of the legislative portion of the budget in other ways?

            12-0 / 11-0       RECOMMEND

2b) If so, shall the Commission [approve] advance the recommendations of the special work group as a foundation for that reduction?
