House Rule 15

Time of Meeting

The House shall convene on the first legislative day of the week at 1:00 P.M. prevailing time, unless otherwise ordered by a roll call vote of the majority of those elected to the House.

On other days the House shall convene at the discretion of the House. No session of the House may begin before 8:00 A.M. nor end after 11:00 P.M. unless exigent circumstances exist, as determined by an affirmative vote of three-fourths of the members elected to the House, by a roll call vote.
