Signature
of the Speaker
The Speaker shall,
in the presence of the House, sign all bills and joint resolutions passed by
the General Assembly after their titles have been publicly read immediately
before signing, and the fact of signing shall be entered on the Journal.
Resolutions,
addresses, orders, writs, warrants and subpoenas issued by order of the House
shall be signed by the Speaker and attested by the Chief Clerk.
